Like shoes, you can never have too many blazers. I’ve been kicking myself for passing on a perfect seersucker one from Club Monaco last Spring, because I have yet to find one that compares.
While the one on the far left isn’t even seersucker, it is still a classic blazer motif, and the second their nautically-themed missive hit my inbox, I started planning my next trip to Club.
I should really be looking for a black tuxedo-type jacket to go with this dress I have, but that can wait since it’s not exactly leg bearing season just yet.

    Y-3 2010 Spring/Summer Collection Preview
I love all of these, but I’m especially fond of the trainers of course. I’m always the one at my gym with the freshest kicks.
And then I could get the matching shower shoes for some locker room steez.

I would die if I got this. But it’s $18K so I doubt that’s going to happen unless a well-heeled benefactor makes his way into the picture.

So I bought this dress ages ago, but I have yet to wear it because it’s kinda on the short side, and that won’t fly at work without some sort of legging solution. The colours are straight out of Pantone’s Fall ‘09 Colour Report [pdf], the top block being a jersey knit in the Crème Brûlée and the bottom block, a bubble skirt in the Iron.

I’ve just been waffling over possible legging colours for too long because I suck at making insignificant decisions, like what kind of sandwich I should eat and the like.

Currently, I’m leaning toward either a dusky purple (like a washed out Kool-Aid grape with lots of grey undertones), or a vibrant teal (but a little on the dark side, like what you’d find in a peacock’s plumage) — both these colours incidentally, can be found in the PFCR — but I’d want my teal to be a bit brighter than Majolica, and the purple to be a bit more neutral than Purple Heart.

Have you got any other colour ideas?
