Rachel got a text during dinner last night with the reunion announcement. I imagine 90% of our conversation until then will be the following:
“Ugh, Mom won’t let me go to the Letter To Cleo show.”
“I am not gay I just think Kay Hanley is a really good singer.”
“They’re going to be in 10 Things I Hate About You? What a bunch of sell-outs. Now poseurs are going be all about them.”
“Seriously, their cover of Dangerous Type on The Craft soundtrack is so much better than the Cars.”

Aw man. They were also on the Melrose Place soundtrack, something I know because I actually went out of my way to acquire it. Do with that what you will, I still love them.
