They’re purple. But I digress.), no one group of people have ever so succumbed, so embraced, so clutched on to trends for dear life with cold, pale, smoke-yellowed fingers as that so-called creative counter-culture: The Hipster.” Hipsters need to stop trying to make these work. They were never cool. They look just as ridiculous now as they did when I rocked em in the 5th grade with floral print leggings, 8 diffrent colours of flop socks and my way too big Club Monaco crew neck (that I owned in every colour under the sun).

    They were never cool.
