Why DO people write/type in text speak?
Unless you literally did not learn to read anything except text messages and facebook status updates, how is it not a thousand times more difficult to read and comprehend? It took me a really long time to read Sammy’s Craigslist posts because there are so few real words. If you’re looking to put very little effort into communicating I would think real words would be the way to go, you know?
I can’t even text in text speak. I hate that shit.

I also text in complete, accurately spelled sentences. It’s a dying art. Even my mom texts me in text speak.
