I just ran into a girl I went to high school with (we’re three provinces away from home) and found out that she lives about 10 blocks from me. I was super bagged so I just wanted to head home after a long day of meetings that didn’t go anywhere, so I didn’t notice that she’s six months pregnant with twins before she mentioned it.
I also skipped out on a work BBQ because my head feels like it’s going to explode and the last thing I want to do right now is hang out in a noisy park surrounded by screaming children.
