If one can figure out how to call do they need to?
The Canadian government used to have these literacy spots on tv that required people ot read off the screen and call in to get more information - otherwise known as a slap in the face. Side note: Whenever telemarketers for local newspapers call me asking if I’d like a subscription, my standard answer is always something to the effect of “Is this some sort of sick joke? You know I can’t read!”. Works every time.
