Wii Fit

jeralyndwile:

My sister came home this weekend and brought her Wii Fit for us to try. I have to say that it looks a lot easier than it is. In her proflie she had reached the level in which she got snowboarding and that was the HARDEST thing. I mean, you literally had to be on your toes with no heel touching, or on your heels with no toes touching.

Quite tricky.

Anyways, it struck me as funny how we find these things (Xbox, Wii, playstation, etc.) so much fun when there is really NO point to doing them. There is absolutely nothing gained from playing Mario, but millions of people do it everyday. It’s just interesting I guess.

But the cool thing about the Wii Fit is that it does have somewhat of a purpose. It CAN improve your health and make you more toned.

That kind of thing I can appreciate.

The second I saw the words snowboarding and WiiFit in the same sentence I was sold. I really want one but I don’t think I’d use it that much - so I’m going to try and convince my friend to get it.
