Stretching
Dear Athletes, Joggers, Runners,
Do you always stretch before exercising? And how about after? Which stretches do you do?
Some days, my knees feel like they are 100 yrs old.
Not going to lie, I hardly ever stretch -I don’t believe in it.
I’ve honestly never noticed a difference in performance, though I do yoga on a semi-regular basis. The only time I end up stretching after running is if I’m at the gym and I’m waiting to use a machine.
I usually do my quads and calves, because my calves, though I’ve done my hip flexors on occasion.
