You can enable the option on your Preferences page.
This is cool and very convenient. I like seeing new little things that make Tumblr even nicer.
But now can we get an accurate count of new/unread posts in the red box at the top of the dashboard again? And after that can we get the accurate count of notes for each post too? And an accurate follower count, maybe? The last is not as crucial, but having the first two things not work right is really really irritating.
Seconding the request for the accurate count of new posts.
