edatrix: Winner: squash mac and cheese. i wish you could have tasted how good this was. I could taste the sweetness of the squash, but Chris said he couldn’t. Either way, it did not suck. Thanks for all your ideas. I usually just roast with brown sugar and butter, but felt like trying something new. I made this dish with funky little shells, the whole roasted squash, cheddar, and smoky delicious gouda on top (adapted from this recipe). Attempting this sometime soon. I was just thinking that it had been too long since I’d last made some comfort food.
